* Fixed pixel offset in overlay and fades
* Fixed mesh issue on buildings in desert (near safehouse)
* Can't believe I did this - but made a new exporter to finally,after all these years, get proper mesh data in Director.
   Fixes incorrect shading on all models.
* Fixed a member unload issue when entering safehouse
* Slight damping/strength tweaks to monster truck
* Tweaked monster truck height offset
* Tweaked black truck height offset
* Tweaked the backwards cameras of the black truck and monster truck
* Fixed shadow colors in safehouse
* The logos of Safehouse/Ticketmaster etc are now highres in interface
* Exposed the wheel texture so it can be modded
* Created a fallback for red/white effects texture
* Created a fallback for red/white weapons texture - untested as I can't reproduce the issue
* Fixed issues where shadows were incorrectly colored or not properly initialized after selecting a new car in the safehouse
* FINALLY! Fixed the boat missions. They can now be played from starting in the jungle.
* Added additionaly memory management when entering/leaving new worlds - fingers crossed
* Added additionaly memory managment during free roaming play - fingers crossed
* Fixed some incorrect memory management on all external assets (.cct files)
* Added Y as fire button - for people on azerty keyboards
* Added WASD and left/rightmouse button for Diederik - as in BR5HD
* Performance updates in all image effects (bloom & motion blur)
* Some minor tweaks here and there which I didn't right down properly.

* If you have Burnin' Rubber 3 Standalone and gained the World Domination trophy you can unlock the tank by putting your BR3 savegame in the BR4 save folder.   You can find your BR3 save game at C:\Users\[YOURUSERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\Adobe\Director  11\BurninRubber3\Prefs\XBR3Data.txt
 Copy and paste it to C:\Users\[YOURUSERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\Adobe\Director 11\BurninRubber4\Prefs

* Added an 'Extended View' in the Launcher.
  Enabling this will let you see farther away - for example in the city you can look from one end to the other. 
  During challenges you can see a tile farther away. I just wanted to see how that would look like ;)
  You can experience more popup of certain models that need to be enabled/disabled for performance purposes, but you will also experience less clipping.   Unfortunately it can come with a serious performance loss on older machines - Directors render engine is old and not as optimized as newer ones.  Only enable this if your machine can handle it OR if you'd like to see the free roaming worlds in full detail for just a bit.

// Known issues
* still looking for the 'no world rendering' issue when some objects explode. Very hard to track and reproduce :(
